Ever since Jagadhatri lost her mother, Aaji has been her emotional strength and biggest support system. Even when the entire family misunderstands her or treats her unfairly, Aaji quietly stands beside her like a shield. I think that unconditional love is what makes their relationship so special and emotional.
The recent track, where Aaji finds out that Jagadhatri is actually an undercover police officer and still chooses to protect her secret, touched me deeply. Even though Aaji is pretending to be angry in front of the family, her love and pride for Jagadhatri can still be felt in every scene. It reminds me a lot of my own grandmother and the comfort, warmth, and support that grandparents bring into our lives.
Working with Suhita Thatte ma’am makes these scenes even more memorable for me. She is such a brilliant and experienced actor, and every time I perform with her, I genuinely learn something new about acting, emotions, and scene dynamics.
